BACHELOR OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AND MIGRATION STUDIES (BIRM)

Purpose: To educate learners in the essential theories and practices of politics and the governing arrangements of specific countries and regions around the world. The course centres on diplomacy and foreign policy, international migration, international security, international organizations, and international political economy, with a special focus on Africa and Uganda in particular.

Entry Requirements: A candidate must have obtained at least two (2) principal passes at UACE, and not less than five (5) O’ level credit passes or its equivalent.

Course Duration: Three Academic Years

Study Time: Weekend

Intake: Twice a year; January and August

Tuition: UGX 800,000 per session (3 sessions), minus “other fees”
