To be eligible for the programme, a person must possess at least one of the following qualifications:
1. A good Diploma or its equivalent from a recognized institution of higher learning;
2. At least two (2) A’ level Principal passes obtained at one sitting and not less than five (5) O’ level credit passes obtained at one sitting.
3. A credit in Higher Education Certificate approved by NCHE
4. Students with mature age entry pass results from NCHE authorised institutions
